I don't have PayPal so Ebay is not the choice for me, I know where TokyoToys is, but they are not selling the school uniform, but the shinigami clothing... any good place to buy it in the UK?

Buy it online in www.399cosplayshop.com. They have Rukia's school uniform there. =)

It's a white short sleeved dress shirt and gray skirt. You can buy it in an ordinary clothing store
