I am planning to study in the UK(secondary school), but would like to attend a state school, would I be able ?
Would I be able to attend a UK state school with a student Visa? Most UK state schools require a UK/EU passport. Or would I have to attend an independent school?

I'm pretty sure that as long as you explained the situation to the school, and got a letter from your embassy that they would be fine with letting you study there. An independent school would cost a lot, and not guarantee you a place, and probably make more fuss with paperwork etc
