If you live there, you can either walk, bike, or take a car. If you don't, you can take a boat or a plane.

If your talking about physically getting there I would suggest a plane, car, bike, train etc. If you mean how do I get into a ballet school in the UK, then hard work, especially if you want a scholarship. You have to be extremely good to be accepted anywhere in Europe, their ballet training is generally much more serious then it is in the U.S. If you've got money then just pay your way in, but you still may not be accepted, most schools are by audition only.
