I actually posted this because there are alot of posts on this site saying how bad black kids do in school. blacks are doing the best in schools now and whites are doing poorest. its a sad role reversal. 10 years ago whites were the top dogs. :( wish i was black the study also shows that Africans have more greater IQ than European people. .

your statement only applies to poor, disadvantaged white boys. Additionally, it only said chinese and indians are performing better. You should look for a broader study which includes all ethnicities, all social ranges and probably includes both genders before making such statements. futhermore, it states that they drop out before graduating. does it go on to mention actual test scores? does it state why they drop out? does it compare life situations down the road?

The only problem is that most people in the UK dont care about education. So if you dont care about education it is much higher percentage that you are going to fail.

I actually heard this on the radio this morning. I can see how this is true. Most black boys I know are very determined. A lot of the black boys in the UK have African parents, who are very hard-working and urge their children to do well. Lot's of white british people don't care as much, but you get differences from both sides.

Interesting. Do you think it has something to do with economics? I imagine it has an impact on the kids. On a wild note, should the parents get an education on educating their kids?? Since you live in England yourself, what do you think the reasons are??

Girls are usually less into the gangsta type thing, which is what a lot of British boys (of all ethnicites) are into. They are into mugging people, getting high, stealing, and beating people up. They make it a point not to work at school. I used to live there and I know. Poor girls are different though, they normally do pretty well in school.
